We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any much more. He said he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a huge quantity of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
