We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He stated he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
